I will be honest with you, I never was a big tuna fish lover, but I love this recipe and my family and friends that love tuna fish, like tuna salad, love my raw vegan tuna salad.
So you are ready to get started? It is very simple; the ingredients are very simple.
Raw Vegan Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
•3 cups Hulled unsalted sunflower seeds
•1 cup Celery diced
•1/2 cup Onion diced
•1/2 cup Water
•1/4 cup Lemon juice – fresh squeezed
•1 tsp or to taste Braggs Amino Acids
•1 spring Dill
Instructions:
1. Soak sunflower seeds in water for 4 to 6 hours
2. Rinse sunflower seeds
3. Process in food processor until smooth
4. Put sunflower pate into large bowl
5. Add remaining ingredients and mix
6. Enjoy!
This recipe yields 12 (1/2 cup) Servings
